The case is solid enough, though certainly no flightcase, fine for everday use, built on a par with the classic series cases. Its very neat and compact to use(far easier than bashing about with the big oblong cases) which is its main positive and it is "correct" for early blackguard teles...would have been ideal for the Broadcaster reissue last year... it does have a retro look though the "tweed" is the typical Chinese stuff,a softer, synthetic woven material not the genuine cotton twill you get with Fenders tweed series amps...its a decent approximation of the real stuff but at nearly €200 it would have been good to have stretched to proper tweed... Overall,a nice idea, compact and retro.....but not the most economical option for a case if you're not interested in the look!
