The Origin Cali76 Compact Deluxe Laser Engraved is an 1176-style compressor in a compact pedal format. Based on a fully analogue and discrete FET circuit, the compact effect pedal accordingly convinces with incredible sound quality at the highest studio level and fast response. While the controls for Attack and Release provide harmonic settings of application and decay time of the compressor, the Ratio control determines the compression ratio. In addition, the Dry control can be used to add the dry signal. Last but not least, the large jewel light in the centre of the pedal acts as a handy gain reduction indicator: While red glow indicates compressor inactivity, the colour change to Orange signals its work, with a brighter glow signifying stronger compression.
