The Boss GT-1000CORE is an all-in-one package for studio and live applications. Based on the groundbreaking technology of the GT-1000, the multi-effects unit and amp modelling device features an enormously powerful DSP that makes patch changes instantaneous and allows creativity to flow freely. With a total of 140 amps and effects, the GT-1000CORE offers a wide range of classic amp simulations, from clear US cleans and creamy Brit leads to representatives of the cultivated Brown Sound. The new AIRD technology (Augmented Impulse Response Dynamics) ensures an authentic feel and an extremely natural response, even when played with external effects units. Furthermore, the GT-1000CORE offers a wide range of connection options on the front panel, allowing the smart multi-device to be easily connected to amplifiers, mixing consoles or recording devices and also to accommodate additional effects devices via the two effects loops.
With powerful technology under the bonnet, the Boss GT-1000CORE is the ideal foundation for creating your own sounds. With a selection of over 140 amps and effects that can be arranged in up to 24 simultaneously usable effect blocks, an enormous variety of effect setups and amp sounds can be authentically represented. For this purpose, you can also easily use your own favourite IRs, which can be stored in 16 internal slots for onboard user IRs and combined with the internal amp models.
Whether in the studio, at home or on stage, the Boss GT-1000CORE is ready for use virtually anywhere and at any time. Both the input and output sections are stereo, which means that external spatial sound effects can also be used with true fidelity. In addition, the GT-1000CORE offers two effect loops for additional devices, which also allow amp circuits using the four-cable method. If you want to enjoy the sounds of the compact device silently, you can simply use the headphone connection, while the additional connections for expression and MIDI allow individual effect parameters and programme changes from an external source.
