The Faderfox MX12 is a versatile MIDI controller designed for both hardware and software applications. Equipped with 12 60-mm faders, 24 rubberised rotary controls, 24 buttons with LED indicators, and a push encoder, the device offers comprehensive control options. It supports MIDI commands such as Control Change, Note On/Off, Pitch Bend, Aftertouch, and Program Change. Additionally, rapid assignments to incoming MIDI commands are possible. The faders and rotary controls operate with the standard 7-bit resolution, ensuring compatibility with virtually all instruments, software solutions, and DAWs. Backup and restore functions for setups can be conveniently performed via SysEx dump. Thanks to its factory presets, the MX12 is ready to use straight out of the box and integrates seamlessly with MIDI-compatible music and video software. Furthermore, a control surface script for Ableton Live 8/9 is included, providing all the essential mappings for controlling up to 12 tracks. The device features four MIDI ports and a USB port, offering diverse routing options. Dedicated connections on the right-hand side allow multiple modules to be cascaded, enabling flexible system expansion. The Faderfox MX12 is a universal controller for all types of hardware and software capable of sending MIDI information. The device is equipped with 12x 60mm faders, 24x rubberized rotary potentiometers, 24x buttons with LEDs and a push encoder. MIDI commands such as control change, note on/off, pitch bend, after-touch and program change can be executed from the MX12. Control assignments of incoming MIDI commands can be assigned quickly and easily. The control surface can be used in conjunction with all hardware/software instruments as well as DAWs, and operate in the standard resolution of 7-bits. Setups can be backed-up and restored via sysex dump, whilst the MX12's factory settings mean MIDI compliant signals can be used immediately. An internal control surface script for Ableton Live 8/9 (with all necessary mappings for simultaneous control of 12x tracks) is also included. It is also possible to cascade several New Module devices together via dedicated connections on the right side of the unit. Furthermore there are 4x MIDI ports as well as a USB port with numerous routing options.
