Instruo's Áradh is a resonant lowpass filter with the sonic character of old Roland synthesizers. In the signal path there is a VCA that can be used either before or after the filter. This makes Áradh suitable as a backend module for e.g. a pre-patched oscillator or in the middle for amplitude modulation of the input signal. Furthermore, the module is equipped with an envelope follower and adjustable decay, a comparator circuit is integrated to act with an incoming Gate and there are user-definable configurations for the CV/FM input. With the filter open, Áradh also performs well as a noise gate and for mere dynamics processing.
