All solid acoustic guitar in Grand Theatre size with spruce top, Urban Ash body, C-Class bracing, pickup system, incl. AeroCase
With the Taylor GTe Urban Ash, the iconic Californian manufacturer presents one of its latest achievements in the acoustic guitar sector, which, in addition to all solid materials, is also equipped with a newly designed C-Class bracing and comes with a stable Taylor AeroCase. Despite its small dimensions, it creates a unique sound experience. The compact body in the new Grand Theater format develops a warm tone thanks to a spruce topwith C-Class bracing, enriched with expressive bass frequencies. In the spirit of ecological sustainability, the manufacturer uses the wood of ash trees for the back and sides, which had to be cut down due to weather damage, but are still perfectly suited for the construction of high-quality guitars. A short mahogany neck with an ebony fingerboard ensures comfortable playing in all 20 frets, which in combination with a short scale length of 612.7 mm and a narrow nut width of 43.6 mm are easy to reach even for small hands. The typical Taylor headstock is equipped with small nickel tuners that allow precise tuning of the 6 steel strings resting on a black graphite nut. A compensated Micarta saddle also ensures clean intonation. The instrument is rounded off by Italian Acrylic Pinnacle inlays, a Tortoise pickguard, a Three-Ring Koa soundhole rosette and a wafer-thin matte finish. The Taylor GTe Urban Ash acoustic guitar comes with a Taylor Expression System 2, which reproduces the natural sound perfectly clean and unaltered.
A compact guitar with great sound characteristics thanks to the C-class bracing and all solid materials.
