With the Truetone V3 Route 66, the American effects company presents the now third generation of the popular effects pedal, which accommodates an overdrive and a compressor in its pedalboard-friendly housing. Accordingly, it turns out in front of the guitar amplifier as a guarantee for particularly versatile guitar sounds, ranging from glittering cleans with endless sustain to singing overdrive. For full control over the sound, the compressor offers controls for compression, volume and clean mix, which are supplemented by a switchable tone control and a noise gate. The overdrive is controlled using the classic Drive, Bass, Treble Volume and Clean Mix controls, while the Voice switch allows you to select two different sound characters.
