The ApeLight maxi is a battery-powered LED headlight with built-in battery and can be controlled with the ape labs 2.4 GHz remote control or via wireless DMX with the W-APE wireless DMX transceiver. The 3 x 15 Watt RGBW LEDs and the built-in 10 degree LED optics allow different applications. Sufficiently many colors and programs, speed options, a sound-to-light mode and the possibility to use the ApeLight maxi in different groups allow a wide range of applications.
The ApeLight maxi can be used for traditional up-lighting on walls or as a decorative element for glasses and bottles. The housing is made of robust stainless steel. The surface of the ApeLight mini is made of 5 mm thick acrylic glass. A point load of 70 kg on the surface is no problem for the ApeLight maxi. The electronics inside are sealed watertight, so that temporary applications in which the device gets wet or liquids can penetrate are possible. A bracket for mounting on the crossbar or for angling for up-lighting is included with the device.
