Compact Concert Body with solid spruce top, sides and back made of laminated mahogany, cutaway and fishman pickups
The Fender CC-60 SCE NAT 6-String Concert with Cutaway Natural features a solid spruce top with mahogany back and sides, a rosewood fingerboard and a Fishman Presys pickup. This guitar combines powerful onboard electronics with a great tone and easy playability, making it ideal for beginners and intermediate players ready for amplified performances. The smaller concert-sized body is comfortable for any playing position, and the single-cutaway body provides easy access to the upper frets.
With comfortably rolled fingerboard edges, the neck delivers a comfortable fret-hand feel ideal for beginners and experienced professionals. A solid spruce top provides strength, brightness and a dynamic range, responding well to any acoustic playing style from hard strumming to fast or delicate fingerpicking, whilst a resonant combination of mahogany back and sides delivers a balanced tone with plenty of volume and midrange. This guitar is equipped with a Fishman CD pickup/preamp system combined with a variety of onboard controls so you are not required to compromise its natural pure, rich and resonant tone. A built-in tuner makes it easy to keep your intonation accurate.

Guitar sounds great out of the box. The strumming sounds just perfect due to mahogany top, much more balanced than spruce top guitars. Fingerpicking is good as well, although not as crisp as you will get from the spruce top guitar. Electronics work fine, tuner as well. I'm very happy with the sound and look of that guitar even out of the box, it can just get better with time.
