The Furch Red Gc-SR Master's Choice at a glance
Thanks to its selected tonewoods, its mid-sized Grand Auditorium design and last but not least its high-quality Hardware, the Furch Red Gs-SR Master's Choice produces a comprehensive and clear sound that unfolds broadly and extensively even with a light touch of the 6 steel strings. In addition, the acoustic guitar convinces with an extremely comfortable playability in all 20 frets, which can be accessed comfortably with the help of a generous cutaway up to the highest pitches. To ensure that the instrument intonates cleanly over the entire 650 mm scale length, the compensated bridge inlay and nut are perfectly matched. Smooth tuners are inserted into the headstock so that the guitar can be tuned precisely. Visually, the Furch Red Gc-SR Master's Choice is rounded off by elaborate inlays of Koa and abalone, and also receives a very noble touch from the ultra-thin high-gloss finish. The scope of delivery includes a certificate and a sturdy Hiscox case with embedded manufacturer logo.

Structure and woods
To ensure that the overall sound is balanced and clear, the top is made of Sitka spruce. The fine-grained wood provides strongly pronounced mid and treble frequencies, so that the guitar asserts itself powerfully even at fine Pickings. The character is completed by warm and punchy bass frequencies, for which the rosewood body is responsible. The high-gloss finish and individual bracing also produce a fast response. The mahogany neck is equipped with a pleasant soft 'V' neck profile, which, in combination with the wide cutaway Cutaway, favors a decidedly easy grip in all frets. The overlay of the headstock, the bridge and the fingerboard are made of rough grained Ziricote.
Hardware and design
The compensated saddle made of GraphTech TUSQ and the 45 mm wide bone nut guarantee a clean emergence of the full tonal range, while the silver-plated Gotoh 510 tuners with 1:21 ratio ensure precise tuning of the strings. The center of the headstock features a large abalone inlay, which harmonizes perfectly with the filigree leaf inlay in the fingerboard. The individual components of the body are bordered by pleasantly contrasting koa bindings, which are enriched on top by an abalone purfling. The elaborate soundhole rosette is also crafted from the finest Koa. It is bordered by a transparent pickguard below the sound hole.
Electronics
The high-quality L.R.Baggs Stagepro Anthem is equipped with both a microphone and a piezo element, thus guaranteeing a distinctly organic sound image even when amplified. A comprehensive preamp is inserted into the frame, which conveniently integrates the socket of the 9V block battery. In addition, the output signal can be individually adjusted in the bass and treble frequencies via a 2-band equalizer. In addition, the mix control can be used to switch between the piezo pickup and the microphone. Furthermore, the volume can be adjusted and a notch filter can be activated in case of feedback.
