The Oak shells of the 900 Series Concert Toms produce a very powerful and mighty sound with high precision and attack. In contrast to the rather more traditional toms of the 800 series, the drums of the 900 series feature the tried and tested Y.E.S.S. II mounting system which supports the resonating characteristics of the shell yet offers more stability. Furthermore, the 900 series shells are equipped with Reso-heads, which result in a deepening of the resonating characteristics and gives the drummer more tuning possibilities.
