Excerpt: With the Fame Baphomet II basses the Polish guitar and bass manufacturer has made a real statement. The promise to combine sound, workmanship and know-how at a fair price has been appreciated by Fame. The Baphomet II makes you creative and is certainly interesting for non-bassists (also called guitarists) who would like to experience the fascination of low frequencies and be inspired by the instrument. The two tested versions in Black Limba and Natural Ash did not make a big difference in sound apart from the Finish and are probably more of visual relevance in the purchase decision process. Since one can only recommend to dare the descent into the cellar yourself.
