The Klotz M4TT1-1000 patch cable stereo with 10 m length is especially suitable for connecting external effect tracks or balanced instruments and signal sources to professional TT patchbays. Numerous advantageous features make the professional cable a recommendable music accessory in every respect. It is made of the proven microphone cable MY204 and Bantam miniature jack plugs of the Neutrik brand.
Cable by the meter: MY204
This patch and microphone cable is an extremely handy design due to its small outer diameter of only 4.6 mm. The resulting high flexibility facilitates cabling and makes it a good choice even when space is limited. Despite the slim design, the cable has an extremely stable construction. A tinned copper braided shield increases the tensile strength and, in combination with the symmetrical signal routing, reliably repels interference. A very low capacitance of only 75 pF/m is also a favorable feature.
What does balanced signal routing mean?
Balanced transmission is required in the professional sector, for example in recording studios, as it ensures freedom from interference even over longer distances. Cables with balanced signal transmission have an additional useful signal-carrying conductor through which the same voltage is sent, but whose oscillations are mirror-inverted. Any interference thus has an even effect on the signal conductors. Since the useful signal consists of opposite-pole voltage values, the interference is practically cancelled out by difference formation.
Neutrik Bantam Miniature Jack Plug NP3TT-P-B
The cable is rounded off by the Neutrik bantam miniature jack plug NP3TT-P-B, which guarantees the usual quality of the company. It is specially designed for audio applications and optimal for use with TT Patch panels. In addition to its good performance, it features the standard HEX crimp clamp for shield connection and cable strain relief, as well as a robust ergonomic design. Especially its slim shape is also recommended for high mating density.
Made in Germany
