At the same time, hand-wound Mayones Velvetrone Ironside + Solium pickups provide differentiated sound colors of a modern character, whose sharp tone definition also skillfully implements drop tunings at high gain. The Regius 6 Graphite Burst guitar from Mayones is rounded off by high-quality hardware with locking tuners and bridge from Hipshot and S-Locks from Schaller.

For the luxurious neck-through construction of the Regius 6 electric guitar, Mayones uses carefully selected woods that guarantee a first-class look and sound. The heart of the electric guitar is the continuous and extremely robust neck made of maple, mahogany, ovangkol and wenge. The body wings made of swamp ash also carry a top made of curly maple in intensely figured AAA quality. The flat D neck profile with a 16" fingerboard radius also guarantees optimum playing characteristics up to the 24th stainless steel fret of the ebony fingerboard.

Mayones chose two Velvetrone humbuckers as the pickup for the Regius 6, whose sound is perfectly tailored to the needs of progressive rock and metal guitarists. The Velvetrone Ironside + Solium humbucker delivers an open sound with woody warmth for crystal-clear cleans and precisely resolved chords. The pickups deliver a focused sound, allowing high gain settings to render every note with absolute precision. The treble bleed circuit on the volume control prevents unwanted loss of sound when the volume is reduced.

The Regius 6 Graphite Burst is rounded off by high-quality hardware equipment that can handle even tough touring assignments with unrestricted reliability. The bridge is the Gotoh 510 tremolo, which guarantees optimum intonation and string action even when drop tuning with powerful string sets. Behind the GraphTech nut, Hipshot Grip-Lock Open-GearLockingtuners ensure precise Tuning with bombproof stability. The tried-and-tested Schaller S-Locks safety strap holders also guarantee a secure hold of the Mayones Regius on the strap.
Brilliant instruement, perfect in every aspect, yes they are expensive but it is a serious price for a serious player. Theya are all custom shop quality. Attention to detail is second to none. Quality and playability is higher than Ibanez, gibson, PRS, etc. Only competition would be Jackson Custom shop.
