Reloop's RP-8000 Straight is a quartz-controlled hybrid DJ turntable with Upper Torque direct drive and straight skip proof tonearm for professional scratch performances. The club-suitable turntable combines features optimally tailored to turntable lists with a MIDI-compatible control section for DJ software. A large Trax Encoder for track browsing, 8 backlit drum pads and 4 combinable Performance Modes optimize the workflow and enable more creative DJ sets.
The Reloop RP-8000 Straight runs Plug'n'Play with Serato DJ Pro and can be easily integrated into the popular and stable DVS system due to the officially available Serato Scratch Live mappings. A digital LC display for pitch display, BPM value, deck assignment and firmware settings, additional start/stop buttons for vertical placement as well as adjustable start/stop speeds are further special features of the powerful scratch turntable.
In addition, the high-resolution pitch with a range of +/-8% to +/-50% exact beat matching, the turntable-link mode allows the coupling of four turntables incl. Auto Deck Assign feature and the switchable line/phono output allows direct connection to line inputs without ground cable. As if that were not enough, the Reloop RP-8000 Straight's indestructible and stable construction provides the best prerequisites for smooth club use.
The Pitch Display shows the BPM of a track in real time. This allows for faster beat matches directly from the turntable. Further refinements for a better DJ workflow are the adjustment of the global sampler volume via the large Trax encoder and the control of the Looped Slicer Mode and Loop Shift.
Via the eight backlit, multifunctional drum pads of the Reloop RP-8000, four combinable performance modes can be used. This way you can trigger hot cues, set and trigger loops, use the slicer or get access to the sample decks. Perfect for beat-juggling, live editing or remixing or creative DJ performances. User Mode also allows you to freely assign the pads and other MIDI-capable controls of the hybrid turntable.
The Reloop RP-8000 can also be connected to line inputs of mixers or amplifiers as it is equipped with an integrated phono preamplifier. Simply set the click switch of the switchable line/phono output to Line (LN). No grounding is required.
Thanks to turntable link mode support, up to four turntables can be combined via the USB connection. All you need to do is connect one turntable to the PC of your Mac. The remaining RP-8000 turntables automatically and continuously assign themselves to the next deck.
