Only been using this a week but it feels strong and stable. Have bought the cheaper Hercules mic stands in the past but the screw mechanism wears out fast and I end up having to buy a new one. I have high hopes for this one, it is a little heavier and chunkier but hopefully will last a lot longer and is very stable.
