The Ibanez Premium RG970WQMZ Electric Guitar Black Ice Burst is part of what is often cited as Ibanez’s most distinctive and recognisable guitar. Its association with metal over the decades means the RG has been honed for both strength and speed. This is a luxury, precision instrument that delivers on every audible level. Ibanez’s ZPS (Zero Point System) back stop keeps strings in tune and is more stable than the traditional floating tremolo, but can still be switched to floating tremolo operation by removing the stop bar.
The RG970WQMZ has a quilted maple top, American basswood body, bound rosewood fretboard with mother-of-pearl off-set dot inlays and three passive/ceramic DiMarzio IBZ pickups.
