The MUSIC STORE Service Centre - on 800m² we do everything we can to ensure that your instrument is perfectly tuned, repaired, and is well maintained. We have multiple trained professionals on staff who are employed as luthiers, radio and television technicians and piano makers. Our large team of technicians ensures that all orders are processed promptly and to your complete satisfaction.

A large part of our service center is the guitar workshop - here our professionals give everything to make your instruments perfect for you.

The quality of our work naturally does not need to remain hidden from our suppliers and therefore large manufacturers such as Yamaha, Roland, Boss, HK Audio, Fender or Hughes & Kettner rely on our experience and know-how. We are Also official service partners of Gibson and Taylor.

Defective? - No Problem

Our services are also required in film, radio, theater and television production, as well as by organizers and event managers. We see so many familiar faces, who want to just "check" the equipment real quick before the gig or to pick up their long-awaited special order. Naturally, we benefit from these experiences and incorporate them into our own products. It should also be expressly mentioned at this point, that we do not only repair instruments and equipment that have been purchased through us.

We also repair repairs

All orders can even be processed with us durring shipping. After receiving the item, we will create an estimate, all processes and possibilities will then be discussed with you in advance and we will then return the instrument once the repairs are completed.
