Extended return policy (also for trade customers*)

14 days is offered by everyone ... Music Store professional however offers an extended return time of 30 days!

*Although the law for an extended right of return does not apply to commercial customers, payment remittance can be requested as a gesture of good will. In this case however, we reserve the right for an initial examination and will not refund the full purchase price in all cases (e.g. Microphones and special orders per customer request).
