Poplar body & maple neck
While the body of the Squier Limited Edition Classic Vibe '60s Telecaster SH Sherwood Green is made from resonant poplar wood, the classic four-piece bolt-on maple neck has a fingerboard made from Indian Laurel. Thanks to the traditional C-neck profile, the instrument offers a comfortable thumb rest for the fretting hand in almost all playing situations, ensuring unhindered fretting across all 21 frets in narrow-tall format. The proven 42 mm widebone nut and the modern fingerboard radius of 9.5" also play a role that should not be underestimated.
Fender Designed Single Coil & Humbucker
In contrast to the double single-coil configuration of classic Telecaster models, the Squier Limited Edition Classic Vibe '60s Telecaster SH Sherwood Green uses a combination of a single coil on the bridge and a humbucker pickup on the neck.
