The TASCAM Model 2400 is a versatile multitrack live recording console that combines analog warmth with modern digital features and is designed for both studio and live applications. With 24 channels comprising 16 low-noise microphone inputs and 22 line inputs, the Model 2400 offers comprehensive connectivity for a wide range of audio sources. Each channel features a 3-band semi-parametric EQ and integrated compressors for precise sound shaping and dynamic control.

The mixing console is also equipped with a built-in 24-track recorder that allows simultaneous recording and playback of 24 tracks on SD cards. The device can be seamlessly connected to a computer via the integrated USB interface, allowing 24 signals to be transmitted simultaneously. The USB interface functionality supports up to 48 kHz sampling rate at 24-bit resolution, ensuring high audio quality.

The Model 2400 offers advanced routing options with eight subgroups and five AUX sends, providing flexible signal paths for a wide range of applications. In addition, a talkback channel and two headphone outputs are integrated, facilitating communication and monitoring at Studio or on stage. For even more precise control of the overall mix, a DSP processor for the stereo sum is on board, which includes both a four-band EQ and a compressor.

In addition to the extensive audio functions, the TASCAM Model 2400 also offers a DAW controller function that enables easy integration into digital working environments. MIDI functionality is also available to connect and control MIDI keyboards, drum machines or other MIDI devices. Furthermore, the mixer features Bluetooth connectivity so that audio signals can be streamed wirelessly from compatible devices.

The robust design of the TASCAM Model 2400 is built to last, while the 100 mm faders allow precise control of channel levels.
