Como uma extensão da gama de produtos analógicos de Monotron a Monotribe, esta é uma reprodução fiel do MS-20 e traz de volta à vida os circuitos originais de 1978. Equipado com dois osciladores, amplificadores de tensão controlada, filtros de tensão controlada e geradores de envelope, bem como um LFO, o MS-20 mini impressiona com o bem testado patchbay e permite, graças a um circuito prolongado MIDI, a integração óptima em sequenciadores de software e hardware. Korg, taking advantage of the analog craze of the last few years went straight into business with the very faithful recreation of the Korg MS-20.
True to the original in every way, except in the size and the keys (which is not an issue for me) and with added MIDI functionality, which is a wonderful addition.
The only slight issue is a continuously present white noise. Its very subtile, but its definitely there. Not much of a big problem nonetheless.
Already had a lot of fun tinkering with its modular capabilities (which I could never work outside of VST's, considering my budget, if it wasnt for this gem)!
