Vintage overdrive/preamp for electric guitar, electric bass and keys
The Aclam Windmiller is a welcome tool for characterful and untamed vintage sounds. Inspired by the preamp structure of the coveted Grampian 636 Vintage Reverb, the Windmiller knows how to give both amplifiers and other effects pedals additional thrust for a powerful clean boost or juicy overdrive. Of course, high-quality components and the pedal's matching excellent signal-to-noise ratio play an important role in providing the best performance at any point in the signal chain. To further shape the sound, the Spanish-made Aclam Windmiller offers a Gain Knob as well as a passive Low Cut control to tame the low end, while the Hi Cut attenuates excess treble. Last but not least, the Overload Indicator is a classic feature of the original to keep an eye on the signal strength at any time.
