Coaxial design for precise sound

The Fluid Audio FX50 V2 is an advanced coaxial studio monitor designed specifically for precise sound reproduction and studio versatility. Equipped with a 5-inch woofer and a 1-inch silk dome tweeter, the coaxial design provides a pinpoint sound source, resulting in excellent phase coherence. This results in an even and precise sound reproduction both on and off the listening axis.

With a frequency response of 49 Hz to 22 kHz, the FX50 V2 covers a wide sound spectrum and delivers clear highs and powerful bass. The output of the Class D amplifier is optimally tuned with 50 watts for the bass range and 40 watts for the treble range. The integrated DSP-controlled crossover ensures that low and high frequencies harmonize seamlessly with each other, resulting in a balanced sound reproduction.

The monitor is equipped with a bass reflex front port, which increases the efficiency of the bass output and offers flexible placement options at Studio. Thanks to the DIP switches on the rear, the sound profile can be adapted to different room acoustics, which is particularly advantageous in untreated or smaller rooms. The LED display on the front serves as an alignment marker and shows the status of the monitor (on, off or standby).

The FX50 V2 is also characterized by its compact and robust design. The housing is made of vinyl-laminated MDF, which is not only stable but also minimizes vibrations. With a weight of 3.8 kg per monitor, the FX50 V2 is light enough for flexible placement options without compromising on stability. Its compact dimensions also allow it to be used in smaller studios or even as part of a Dolby Atmos setup.
