7-string guitar with agile playing characteristics

With its design optimized down to the smallest detail for modern playing techniques, the Premium AZ427P1PB promises particularly agile playing characteristics. While the body made of basswood convinces with an excellent balance on the strap as well as on the thigh due to its ergonomic shape, the "Super All Access Neck Joint" allows an unhindered access to the highest registers. The perfectly proportioned "AZ7 Oval C" profile of the bolt-on Roasted Maple neck fits comfortably in the hand, allowing any solo or riff to be implemented with ease between the 24 stainless steel frets. In addition, the chic burl poplar top makes the electric guitar an absolute eye-catcher on any stage.

Seymour Duncan Hyperion pickups

As pickup for the electric guitar Ibanez chooses two Seymour Duncan Hyperion 7 humbuckers with beautiful chrome caps. By the moderate Output the Alnico humbuckers supply a particularly transparent sound with first-class dynamics, which guarantees a precise representation of each note both in the clean and in the Overdrive channel and can be formed over the playing technique. The pickups are also controlled via the dyna-MIX10 circuit, which provides a total of ten high-caliber tones via a 5-way switch and alter switch.

Gotoh Hardware

High-quality Hardware from Gotoh completes the equipment of the Premium AZ427P1PB-CKB Charcoal Black Burst. The popular Gotoh T1572S tremolo serves as the bridge, and thanks to its 2-point suspension, it is particularly smooth to use. Steel string saddles not only underline the lively sound character of the guitar, but also guarantee optimally adjusted string action and intonation. On the headstock, Gotoh MG-T tun ers with practical locking function ensure robust and precise tuning, even after frequent reaches for the vibrato lever.
