The Mackie Thump 12A is an active speaker with a Class-D power amplifier with 1300 watts of power. The speaker is equipped with a 12" high-performance woofer and a 1.4" Titanium compression driver. The Class-D power amp incorporates the new Dynamic Bass Response technology for fast transient response and more powerful bass.
The Mackie Thump 12A has been designed for different applications, so the active speaker has 4 speaker modes for different applications:
