Mobile Multi-Track Recorder

The Marantz Professional PMD-706 is a 6-channel 24-bit / 96 kHz DSLR audio recorder for professional film recording. Designed for multitrack recording, the PMD-706 provides six simultaneous microphone inputs that can be recorded as separate, partially summed or grouped tracks. A 48 volt phantom power supply can be switched on separately for each channel and can be equipped with a multiband limiter. The Dual Record function records a double track at a lower volume. For communication with the camera or consumer microphones, the recorder also has 3.5 mm jack inputs and outputs as well as a headphone output for monitoring. The large and bright display, which is designed for outdoor operation, provides all important information such as volume level, recording time, battery status, etc. The PMD-706 can be mounted directly on the camera thanks to an integrated mounting kit for particular flexibility.

Whether for mobile use on the camera, stationary recording in the studio or as classic field recording, the PMD-706 Multi-Track Recorder is prepared for every situation.
