The Martin D-13E is an all solid acoustic guitar from the Mexican "Road Series" in the traditional dreadnought format, featuring the finest materials and unparalleled quality. The typical Martin design produces a very powerful and loud sound, which is especially noticeable when strumming. A solid Sitka spruce top and a body made of solid Siris give the Martin D-13E not only a beautiful look, but also a defined sound with classic Martin character. The neck made of selected hardwood allows for excellent playability up to the highest frets due to its "Perfoming Artist" profile, a fretboard made of "FSC-certified Richlite" and a nut width of 44.5 mm. The mother-of-pearl inlays and the matching soundhole rosette in particular show that even in the affordable series there is no skimping on "attention to detail". For stage use, the guitar is equipped with a Fishman MX-T pickup, a piezo pickup with tuning function that activates an automatic mute function for silent tuning. The guitar comes with a practical and very sturdy Martin gig bag for transport.
