Versatile Byzance Cymbal Set from Meinl
The Meinl B15182021 Byzance Assorted Cymbal Set is a four-piececymbal set that combines various Becken from the MeinlByzance series into a tonally and stylistically coordinated Set. All Becken are made of B20bronze and were hand-hammered in Turkey by experienced cymbal smiths and then given their final Finish in Germany. Due to the intensive hammering and the special turning process the 15" Dual HiHatdevelops an earthy basic character with a soft attack. The 18" Dual Crash offers an explosive response with a trashy tone. The 20" Extra Thin Hammered Crash also contributes to the versatility of the cymbal set with its trashy response and clear sustain. The 21" Polyphonic Ride responds quickly when crashed and opens up during ride patterns. The extra-large bell in a raw finish produces a dry ping. With a mix of soft, trashy Hihats and crashes combined with a versatile ride, this set offers versatility of expression.
