Modeling Combo with 40 Watt power and extensive amplifier and effect simulations
The Vox VT40X Modelling Combo Guitar Amplifier is an amp featuring a brand new modelling engine. The VET (Virtual Element Technology) is based on information drawn from the amp circuits and components themselves, ensuring some of the most accurate modelling sounds to date. The natural warmth of the amp benefits further from the Valvetronix tube preamp, which uses authentic analog circuitry to recreate the tonal colour and characteristics of vacuum tube amps. The cab has been refined over time to compliment the sounds produced by the amp. The final touch is the VOX Tone Room editing software allowing customisation of current amp pre-sets or the creation of brand new ones.

Friend of has this amp. I tried it with my Ibanez JEM-JR and really liked the sound. As a beginner, I can only say that my old Ibanez tbx 30r amp is a piece of crap. I gonna buy this VOX soon enough.
