The Yamaha 16” x 15" Absolute Maple Hybrid Floor Tom has a very rich tone with a full dynamic range. Its construction consists of a core of wenge, a very hard and heavy wood, between several plies of maple, a wood renowned for its clear tone. It also features Yamahas 'YESS III' mounts, which allow the shell to vibrate more freely, bringing out it’s natural sustain and volume.
