Maximum Flexibility

The sleek INGENIA column speakers have multiple applications: whether if on a stand or on a 2.1 subwoofer system, if stacked and combined with a sister model as the ideal “plug&play” column system, or suspended in a rig with specially designed, optionally available brackets – the dB Technologies INGENIA System offers absolute freedom and flexibility. The real highlight: the integrated, intelligent DSP Technology is, via infra-red, capable of automatically adapting to the mode of operation. If for example, you combine two IG4T speakers into one column system or connect a subwoofer, the software recognizes the situation and automatically configures the system accordingly in respect to tweeter behavior and crossover frequency.

Optimal Tweeter Performance

The special horn concept of the Ingenia Series offers a vertically asymmetric dispersion, which ensures for the perfect tweeter performance, while offering a wide dispersion range. Additionally, stacked operation through the special Horn characteristics prevents any cancellation or phasing effects.
