The Aguilar Tone Hammer 700 bass top section is based on the preamp pedal of the same name, which has become a legend, and thus turns out to be a guarantor for a first-class bass sound that combines natural Vintage warmth with modern clarity. To adjust the sound, the bass amplifier offers not only a 3-band tone control with semi-parametric mids, but also the Drive Control for harmonic overdrive with authentic tube character. There is also a serial effects path and a balanced output for direct bass pickup. Thanks to the modern Class D power amplifier, the Aguilar Tone Hammer 700 delivers a full 700 watts of output power despite its compact dimensions, so that sufficient volume reserves are guaranteed for band rehearsals or performances.
The Aguilar Tone Hammer 700 features a 3-band tone control with semi-parametric midband and Drive Control for harmonic overdrive sounds.
