In addition to the mahogany body without weight relief and the obligatory AA curly maple top, the guitar has a slim taper mahogany neck with rosewood fingerboard that sits comfortably in the hand. At the guitar amplifier, Gibson '60s Burstbucker open-coil pickups deliver typical vintage sounds with authentic PAF character, which can be adjusted via the hand-wired circuit with Orange drop capacitors. Last but not least, the Les Paul Standard '60s Faded Vintage Cherry Sunburst from Gibson features Grover Rotomatic tuners and the tried-and-tested ABR-1 Tune-O-Matic bridge and aluminum stopbar setup.

With the pleasantly slim "sim taper" profile of the sixties, the glued mahogany neck also promises comfortable playing characteristics right up to the high registers of the 22-fret rosewood fingerboard.
