Gibson Custom Shop Les Paul electric guitar with maple top and Custom bucker pickups, including hard Case shell and certificate

As a genuine Custom Shop Paula from the Gibson Nashville facility, this Gibson Les Paul Standard classic feeling, harmonious looks and of course the just right sound. High-quality components in the form of selected tonewoods, solid Hardware from Gibson and Kluson two Custom Bucker pickups are used on the Gibson Les Paul Standard LP, while proven design features of a good LP, such as the long neck pin or the use of hot balgleim are used. The Gibson Custom Shop in Nashville gives him Les Paul Standard his own Gibson hardshell Case and a certificate of authenticity with the signature of the Custom Shop manager.

1950s Style Mahogany Neck & Long Tenon Neck

Made from a single piece of mahogany, the neck Gibson Les Paul Standard features a medium-thick, fifties-style neck profile and evokes a classic 'C' feel with the ideal portion of wood behind the fingerboard. Neck and body are connected by a long Neck tenon and glued with hot balgleim to create a firm and resonant connection at the transition. The tonal result is an extremely crisp and direct response with improved sustain characteristics.

Custom Bucker Pickups

As the best sounding version of the PAF Humbucker, the Custom Bucker is specially designed for the top-of-the-line solidbody instruments of the Gibson Custom Shop in Nashville . He gets his articulative character with the classic Bite, Chime and Growl from one Alnico III magnet and the right number of windings on both coils. Both pickups are of course tuned to each other and can be operated by means of 3-way toggle switches and separate volume and tone controls.
