Hohner's Marine Band Thunderbird is tuned one octave lower (Low A) than conventional harmonicas and offers the musician a new and unexpected musical expression. The full, fat sound of the Thunderbird is a unique sound experience.
The conical lid design is based on the successful concept of the world-renowned customizer Joe Filisko. The drawing reeds have more space at their disposal so that they can vibrate even in the lowest register without producing rattling noises.
