With the Paul Reed Smith Custom 24 Lefthand Emerald Green, the Marylander guitar maker continues the tradition of the model that has been firmly established since the NAMM Show in 1985. Equipped with a solid curly maple top, PRS 85/15 humbuckers and the typical PRS tremolo, this electric guitar for left-handers sets optical as well as tonal highlights and convinces with flawless workmanship.

The neck with "Pattern Regular" profile is glued to the body of the PRS Custom 24 Lefthand.
Fine woods and detailed workmanship
For the construction of the PRS Custom 24 Lefthand Emerald Green the guitar builders around Paul Reed Smith only use selected woods, which lead to a perfect sound experience. Carefully selected mahogany is used for the body, while the fine grain of the solid curly maple top is accentuated by the Emerald Green finish. Another visual accent is the natural binding typical of PRS, in which the edges of the ceiling are not stained. The glued mahogany neck with its well-shaped "Pattern Regular" profile offers the perfect balance between rich grip and smooth playability. On the ebony fingerboard, traditional bird inlays provide the best orientation between the 24 frets.

The PRS Custom 24 Lefthand uses two 85/15 humbuckers, which were personally developed by Paul Reed Smith on the occasion of the company's 30th anniversary. These pickups convince with their clear sound, whose extended bass and treble spectrum offers the perfect basis for classical and modern sounds, from warm sparkling clean to singing overdrive to pressing riffs. The 5-way switch can also be used to call up different circuit combinations for different sound nuances:
Position 1: Bridge humbucker
Position 2: Bridge humbucker and split neck humbucker parallel
Position 3: Bridge and neck humbucker
Position 4: split bridge humbucker and split neck humbucker parallel
Position 5: Neck humbucker
PRS Phase III locking mechanisms guarantee high tuning stability and facilitate string changes.
High-quality hardware
The equipment of the Paul Reed Smith Custom 24 Lefthand Emerald Green is completed by high-quality hardware from our own company. On the body side, the strings are supported by the proven PRS tremolo, which convinces with smooth handling and high functionality and offers a pleasant support thanks to rounded edges of the hand. At the headstock the strings run with straight tension from the saddle to the PRS Phase III locking mechanisms. These guarantee a high tuning stability even with frequent use of vibrato and make string changes much easier.
