The PRS S2 Singlecut 6-String Electric Guitar Dark Cherry Sunburst offers the finish, feel and attention to detail of PRS craftsmanship in a straightforward classic design. Standing for ‘Stevensville 2’, S2 Series instruments are made at the PRS Maryland shop blending new design elements and manufacturing techniques with practiced quality control and workmanship, creating re-imagined, new guitars that are more affordable.

The S2 Singlecut features a classic body shape and the tried-and-true combination of Mahogany, Maple and Rosewood. This vintage-style humbucking guitar has a unique voice with pickups that are voiced to retain clarity and precision whether playing lead or rhythm. Crafted in the USA, the S2 has a redesigned neck - three-piece instead of one - and a straightforward flat top with an asymmetrical bevelled edge.

Other premium features of the S2 Singlecut include a 635mm (25-inch) scale, Pattern Regular neck profile and Ivoroid bird inlays as standard, S2 locking tuners, anodised brass studs, a machined aluminium bridge and two S2 no.7 humbuckers with push/pull tone controls and a three-way toggle switch on the upper bout.
