The hardwareController makes a rock solid impression and does not only have a futuristic looking playing surface. The included software Synthesizer Equator surprises with extraordinary performance characteristics and is optimally tuned to the soft Seaboard keyboard. Polyphoner aftertouch, high-resolution touch dynamics, polyphonic playing with individual intonation of the individual notes - these are just a few of the many possibilities with which electronic sounds can be played intuitively. No other Controller Keyboard offers such possibilities of interactive sound control.
The Seaboard Rise can in principle be used like any MIDI-Controller with all Synthesizern and virtual software Synthesizern combine. The Multichannel technology, however, requires a number of performance features, especially in Verbwith DAWs. Some DAWs (e.g. Bitwig Studio) already support the Seaboard Rise, in some cases templates are offered for download - a look at the support website of the manufacturer is enough.
