Analog signal path with BBD chip
At the heart of VS Audio's Alchemy, a fully analogue circuit with Bucket Brigade Device (BBD) provides warm and opulent sounds that will bring any guitar sound to life. While the Speed and Depth controls adjust the speed and depth of the chorus effect as usual, the Delay pot adjusts the delay time of the LFO and thus influences the basic sound character of the effect. Last but not least, the Mix knob determines the relationship between the effect and the dry signal. Once created, sounds can be stored to one of six memory locations and recalled at any time.
