The Victory Amplifiers V40 The Duchess Baby Blue is a straightforward single-channel amplifier with a classic sound between Californian Clean and British overdrive. Furthermore, the tube amplifier, whose EL34 output stage offers extensive power reduction, is perfectly suited as an amplifier for guitarists who draw their sound from extensive pedalboards. One channel with reverb
The single-channel preamp of Victory The Duchess is based on three 12AX7 tubes and offers two different voicings. While Voice I offers a warm, Californian clean sound in the style of the 1960s, Voice II delivers a stronger sound with '50s hints. To further customize the sound, there's also a 3-band tone control with a "mid kick" function that gives the sound more presence and punch. Furthermore, there's a digital reverb effect and a serial effects path that can be completely removed from the signal path if necessary.
Variable power amp
The Victory V30's power amp draws a maximum of 40 watts from two classic EL34 tubes, providing sufficient volume reserves for the stage and rehearsal room. In addition, the tube amp's "Low Power" mode and the option for single-ended operation with only one power amp tube offer further power reduction options, making it the perfect amp for Studio and at home.
