With the Yamaha FX 370 C NT, the Japanese traditional manufacturer Yamaha presents a student guitar with pickup system, which can be gripped easily and obligingly due to a flat neck. In addition, a large laminated dreadnought body with cutaway provides an all-round sound experience. High-quality hardware and the noble high-gloss finish round off the instrument perfectly in terms of quality and appearance.
The fully laminated construction consists of a spruce top on a body made of regionally sourced tonewoods. This, in combination with an extremely light construction, produces a powerful and warm sound. In addition, a flat neck with a coarse-grained rosewood fingerboard provides comfortable playability across all 20 frets.
Particularly user-friendly are the chrome-plated die-cast tuners, which guarantee easy tuning of the 6 steel strings thanks to a fine gear ratio. At the same time, a compensated saddle and a 43 mm wide nut made of urea ensure clean intonation on the short scale length of 634 mm. The acoustic guitar is refined by simple multi-ply bindings and a three-ring soundhole rosette, which contrast tastefully with the individual components of the body.
To amplify the acoustic sound of the Yamaha FX 370 C NT, the manufacturer equips the instrument with an active Yamaha System 58 pickup. A side preamp with 3-band equalizer allows the sound to be adjusted conveniently and individually.
